The coolest part is that Peter Jackson, the director of The Lord of the Rings, sold her these residences.
NEIGHBORING TOWNHOUSE
Taylor Swift expanded horizontally by buying the century-old townhouse next door just three years after buying the two TriBeCa penthouses. The house is thought to be worth $18 million and comes with opulent features like a home cinema, gym, guest suite, and terrace. Leopoldo Rosati, an architect and designer, completely renovated this amazing home after its construction in 1915.
NEW YORK EXPANSION
